Design Brief

To upgrade an existing air-conditioning and ventilation Cat A fit-out to Cat B, coordinated with new Cat B plan and construction.

Achieve contemporary industrial design style throughout, whilst maintaining the high-end interior to reflect the principal brand of luxury interior construction.

Solution

Comfort Cooling systems for heating and cooling had been fitted throughout the two floors, requiring relocation of some fan-coil units fitted to underside of the exposed slab ceiling.

The landlord’s main ventilation systems passed through the space so these as well as individual routes for fresh air supply and extract required diverting and full rebalancing to ensure optimum workplace ventilation. New Air-Conditioning systems were installed to serve a newly-installed additional floor focused on breakout and recuperation. Controls were simplified to ensure use ability for all occupants and tenants. Careful, neat, geometric installation of service items such as containment, pipework and ductwork ensured a consistent, high-quality exposed finish throughout the entire workplace.
