Climate control package for residential comfort in the four-storey Grade II listed property, including a comfort cooling system to the Bedrooms, and mechanical extract systems to the lower ground floor, kitchen and bathrooms.
An architecturally focused installation within, a conservation area with listed features, and a delicate interior design scheme.
The listed fireplace in the Master Bedroom required concealing the fan-coil unit within a false chimney breast, with service access via a panel carefully hidden behind hanging artwork. Architectural detailing either side of the fireplace provided return air, and the discrete linear slot diffuser supplying at ceiling level matches the muted spatial design. The fan-coil unit in the Guest Bedroom was concealed within new bespoke joinery above listed wardrobe units, slot detailing at high level allowing the unit to operate discreetly without visual impact.
Bathrooms throughout the property have silent fans with attenuators preventing sound transfer, and Air Terminals & Linear Diffusers finished in the same colours to blend with the warming, minimalist bathroom schemes.
