CHARITABLE GIVING
The team here at Calibre are proud to be a part of annual charitable giving to a number of worthwhile causes each year through regular donations to The Grace Trust, giving back to the amazing communities we're a part of.
In 2025, we're donating a record sum, and are proud to be able to support a number of charities, some of whom we have included below, in the amazing work that they do:
- Lincolnshire Air Ambulance - providing critical care to patients with life-threatening injuries or medical emergencies.
- RNLI - saving lives at sea
- Mind UK - providing advice, support and empowerment to anyone struggling with mental health problems, campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding
- British Red Cross - providing humanitarian aid, emergency support and helps communities in need across the UK and beyond
- Royal Marsden Cancer Charity - developing life-saving cancer treatments
- Marie Curie - providing free end of life care, information and support.

Mechanical Services Estimator
The Junior Estimator will support the Design Director and Design Engineers by preparing accurate estimates and cost summaries to aid in securing new contracts and projects. Key responsibilities include compiling labour and material costs, analysing technical drawings, and ensuring pricing is both competitive and aligned with project profitability targets.
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s customer base. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, sales expertise, and relationship management to achieve revenue goals and enhance the company’s market presence.
